Account Manager
Horizon Group, Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition to sales responsibilities, this role will require proficiency in IT, Digital Marketing, Sales Methodologies, and ERP systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling, account management, meeting daily quotas, and achieving monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
2. Prospect and contact potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and digital outreach.
3. Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and closing abilities.
4. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
5. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments and offerings.
6. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition.
7. Maintain proficiency in IT, Digital Marketing, Sales Methodologies, and ERP systems to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM platforms.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and drive company revenue.
10. Attend daily meetings and demonstrate accountability for training and meeting sales goals.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
2. Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in IT, Digital Marketing, and ERP systems.
3. Ability to build strong rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
4. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
5. Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.
8. Accountability for meeting daily quotas, sales goals, and other performance metrics.
